Will the Loyverse receipt total always equal the MenuForma order total?

No. Receipt exports transfer item lines; tips, service charges and discounts are not transferred by this connector. Compare the actual records rather than treating the receipt as a guaranteed copy of the complete order total.

Can Loyverse sales be imported back into MenuForma?

Yes, when the completed-sale import option is enabled. Loyverse receipts are recorded as closed, paid orders, with duplicate checks and a bounded recent window on the first pull; this does not take a new payment or recreate a fresh kitchen order.
